Learning about leadership and life in a Central American jungle

Global Business Brigades president and Accounting student Philip Johnson shared what he learned about business, leadership and life on his summer volunteer service trip to Darién region of Panama. He says: “It was a great experience that I recommend for any young professional or student.”

Being a leader isn't easy.

There is definitely a lot more to being a true leader than whatever title you hold. It can be challenging to do what is best for the group, even if it is not what you want for yourself.

It continues on touching on how commitment, communication, relationships and success.
