August 2014 Newsletter: Mac-OU INC Staff Highlights: "Mac-OU INC's Business Manager Accepted into Prestigious Leadership Program"

Mac-OU INC’s Business Manager, Rachel Louzon, has been accepted into Leadership Macomb’s LM XVIII class. Beginning on September 17, this 10-month program brings together leaders from numerous institutions, disciplines and backgrounds to obtain relevant, in-depth information about Macomb County, develop long-term business relationships and strengthen their leadership characteristics. Since 1996, over 600 individuals representing more than 120 organizations have participated in the Leadership Macomb program.

“I am very excited to participate in the Leadership Macomb program. Through my participation in the program, I am hoping to gain a better understanding of Macomb County’s assets and resources, which I believe will make me a better advocate for positive change within the county,” Rachel said.

Leadership Macomb, a non-profit organization, is a collaboration that utilizes the resources of the community, business, and government entities to inform decision makers and the public about emerging issues that will impact the county, southeast Michigan and their own organizations' bottom-line.
