Dean's Choice Award for Incoming Honors College Freshmen

Incoming Freshmen in Fall 2014 "Making Discoveries" Honors College Freshmen Colloquium class will have the opportunity to win one of the $500 Spirit of Discovery Dean's Choice Awards. The Awards are kindly sponsored by the Oakland University Credit Union (OUCU). Up to 5 of these awards are presented to members of the "Making Discoveries" Honors College Colloquium class.

The Spirit of Discovery Award is awarded by the Dean of The Honors College to the Honors College freshmen who most exemplify the spirit of discovery in the "Making Discoveries" course. 

This might include their performance in class, their inventive and aspirational ideas, the support they gave to others in their small group, and/or their academic achievement during the course.
