OUPD investigating complaint regarding inappropriate photos

The Oakland University Police Department is investigating a complaint regarding a suspect accused of attempting to take inappropriate pictures of an individual on campus.

At approximately 9:25 a.m., the suspect reportedly approached a woman on the third floor of Kresge Library and silently positioned himself to obtain a photo from under the victim's skirt. As soon as the victim realized what was taking place, the suspect quickly made his way out of the library.
