March 2014 Newsletter: Client News: Microcide: "Microcide Invited to Speak at International Conference"

Microcide, on-site client of Mac-OU INC, recently received an invitation to speak at the 4th Annual World Congress of Agriculture in China on the subject of Agricultural Food Science & Technology. This event will bring together industry leaders, investors, policy makers, scientists, researchers and other professionals working in agriculture to discuss the latest scientific advances and future directions of the technologies.

Microcide has research collaboration on USDA and NASA projects at Ohio State and Iowa State Universities, was nominated for the Presidential GREEN Chemistry Award by the EPA in 2005, and both the US NAVY and NASA have selected Microcide sanitizing products. Microcide products include non-alcoholic mouthwash, mouthwash for kids, fruit and vegetable sanitizers, and sanitizing triclosan-free liquid hand, and sydnet bar, soaps.

Last year’s conference brought together academics, industrial professionals and key decision makers in the agriculture sector from over 30 countries to identify or offer solutions to problems, utilize case studies, identify knowledge gaps or collaboration opportunities and discuss broader applications and implications of the presented material.
