OU offered discount admission to DSO's “A Century of Broadway”
The Detroit Symphony Orchestra is offering the Oakland University campus
community a discount ticket offer for its upcoming performance titled, “A
Century of Broadway.”
Set for 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, at Orchestra Hall in Detroit, the
concert will feature music from “My Fair Lady,” “West Side Story,”
“Cabaret,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “Jersey Boys,” “Phantom of the
Opera” and more. With Jeff Tyzik conducting, the DSO will welcome vocalists Doug LaBrecque and Christiane Noll.
While regular ticket prices range from $38 to $68, Oakland University
students, faculty, staff and family and friends can purchase tickets for
$10 to $20. The offer is available online only and the deadline for
ticket purchases is 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6. It does not apply to previously purchased tickets.
To order tickets, visit dso.org, mouse over Feb. 7 in the performance calendar and click on “Buy Tickets.” Enter the promo code “CORPEXPRESS” and click on “Apply.” Then select seats, ensure the applied ticket price is correct and check out.
