In response to the severe weather, Oakland University officials have announced closure of the campus on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
The university will reopen at 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8. Winter semester classes will begin at 7 a.m.
All scheduled classes and special events are canceled. All university offices are closed (including the Rec Center and bookstore), and extension center classes will not be held. The University Libraries will also be closed.
