Action Request: As we head into the new year, please reach out to your congressional delegations in support of the Patent Transparency and Improvements Act (S. 1720) in lieu of the House-passed Innovation Act (H.R. 3309) [see Washington Highlights, Dec. 6]. The Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to markup the legislation as early as January, 2014.
