Throughout his career, he ran advanced groups developing new concepts, technologies and markets. The range of successful products included the angioplasty balloon, the FASTEX plastic buckle, construction fasteners, automotive electronic stability control, the repositioning of the Cadillac brand, and survivable military vehicles.

Along the way, he sharpened his competitive edge with a variety of motor racing teams including Hendrick (NASCAR), Newman-Haas and Kelley Racing (Indy 500), helping win several major championships.

In 2005, Scott founded Badenoch LLC to work on defense and energy. He is a graduate of Princeton University where he was a University Scholar. He holds over 150 records of invention, patents, and trade secrets and is the winner of the Kettering Award for technical innovation in the auto industry.

On his feet, Badenoch is poised, articulate and inspirational, spinning a vision easily embraced by people of all stations be they in the corridors of power or the inventor's laboratory.
