Just Because Your Competition Hires This Way Doesn't Mean You Should

The Metiss Group will facilitate a fast-paced interactive session to introduce processes and techniques to improve the likelihood of hiring great performers and to understand how new hires can work better with you and your team.
During the session, you'll take on the role of Chairman for your company and are tasked with hiring a CEO. Your challenge will be to define what you need, evaluate three qualified candidates, and make the hire. The three incredibly successful candidates are Donald, a media and real estate leader; Bill, a high tech leader; and yourself, of course.
The Metiss Group will interactively demonstrate proven techniques for determining the best hire, including specific job definition, candidate selection criteria, behavior-based candidate screening and candidate comparison analysis.
Cyndi Gave serves as President of The Metiss Group, having studied human behaviors for more than 20 years. Cyndi's approach to solving workplace performance issues is practical, effective,
demonstrable and intuitive. She has pursued her passion for aligning talent management strategies to business objectives for more than 25 years. A business leader at heart and in history, Cyndi has proven ability in impacting business results through advising leaders in team selection and performance.
Cyndi is a regular keynote speaker, presenting to a wide range of professional audiences on a variety of behavioral science topics.
