• House Education Committee Officially Seeks Input on Next HEA

• House Education Committee Officially Seeks Input on Next HEA

The leaders of the House Education and the Workforce Committee released today a letter to the higher education stakeholder community officially seeking input and recommendations for the upcoming reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA).  The committee went through a similar process the last time the HEA was reauthorized.

The letter, which is available here, asks for recommendations by Friday, August 2.

APLU will engage with its members to craft its response to the committee.

APLU staff have updated the FY2014 programmatic appropriations guidance documents to account for the President’s Budget Request (PBR) for FY2014.
