Volunteer opportunities now available

Whether you are a recent graduate looking to build upon your OU connections or a seasoned alum seeking new ways to make a difference, we invite you to consider participating in the following summer events:

Midnight Walk to Meadow Brook Hall Tour Guides
Calling all Orientation Group Leader alumni! Relive your college years by leading the midnight walk to Meadow Brook Hall at the overnight new student orientations. Guides will lead the "Legends, Myths and Tales Tour," which will include a compilation of alumni legends, myths and tales from over the years about campus building and landmarks. Tour guides are needed from 9:30 p.m. until midnight on June 4 and June 13. Please contact Amanda Fylan, alumni engagement and marketing manager, at fylan@oakland.edu or (248) 364-6128 to volunteer to lead a tour.

OUAA Golf Challenge Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to work the annual OUAA Golf Challenge on July 15 from 12:30-3 p.m. or 3:30-6:30 p.m. Please contact Christina Simon, outreach coordinator, at casimon2@oakland.edu to volunteer.

Housing New Student Move-In
Help welcome new students into the residence halls by assisting with Housing New Student Move-in on Saturday, August 31. Volunteers are needed to unload cars and help move students into their rooms.
