Make your OU stories legendary

How did the Big Boy statue end up in Beer Lake? Did you live in the chicken coops before the dorms? What wild animals did you bring into campus buildings? Make your OU stories legendary!

This summer at overnight orientations the Alumni Association will educate new students about the traditions of the university and infuse them with spirit and pride for OU. The OUAA will partner with the University Housing and Orientation Office on the midnight walk to Meadow Brook Hall by leading the "Legends, Myths and Tales Tour."

The tour will include a compilation of alumni legends, myths and tales from over the years about campus buildings and landmarks. To share your story, email details to Amanda Fylan, alumni engagement and marketing manager, at fylan@oakland.edu by May 24.
