The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is holding a public lunch briefing on the Research and Development (R&D) budget in the FY2014 budget request this Friday, April 26. The briefing, which is being cosponsored by the House R&D Caucus, is scheduled for 12:30 to 2 PM in B339 and B340 Rayburn.
Additional details about the event, including the RSVP information, are included in the attached flier.
The bipartisan House Dear Colleague letter on the National Institutes of Health, led by Ed Markey (D-MA) and David McKinley (R-WV), generated a total of 168 signatures.
A copy of the final letter as well as the list of members who signed the letter are attached for use by the CGA.
