High Bit Security Chief Operating Officer and Company founder, Adam Goslin, notes that cyber theft of intellectual property (IP) and personally identifiable information (PII) is costing US companies billions every year. Whether a startup with heavy capital investments at risk or established organizations with a valuable book of business, companies are at risk of cyber theft and don't know how vulnerable they are. Robert Mueller, the head of the FBI, states, "There are two kinds of companies, those that have been hacked and those that will be hacked." Therefore, Adam will review security testing methods for assessing network and application vulnerabilities, and recommendations for security best practices.
Adam Goslin has had an extensive career in application, infrastructure and overall system security, with particular focus on helping companies gain and maintain credit card compliance from inception through ongoing maintenance, taking on increasingly broad scope IT Security over a career greater than 15 years.
More specifically, Adam has worked on multiple end-to-end Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards compliance engagements, bringing these customers from GAP analysis through achieving PCI compliance. Adam has guided hundreds of penetration testing clients through the process of securing their environments, interfacing between clients and technical staff to complete the penetration testing, reporting, and remediation process.
