Advanced Wills and Trusts

The Office of Planned Giving will be hosting Lunch & Learn that will cover some of the more advanced aspects of wills and trusts. The presentation will discuss topics such as the use of joint tenancy and issues related to property ownership in multiple states. The speaker, R. Bradley Lambert, will also review the advantages and disadvantages of wills versus trusts.

Mr. Lambert founded the firm Lambert & Lambert PLC in 1992 after ten years of commercial and real estate litigation experience. He has been named a Top Lawyer in Business Law and Real Estate by dbusiness Top Lawyers.

The seminar is open to Oakland University faculty, staff, alumni, donors and friends of the university.
