Nondefense Discretionary (NDD) United Feb. 11 sent a letter to all Members of Congress and the White House urging them to support a balanced approach to deficit reduction that does not include further cuts to discretionary programs. Nearly 3,200 national, state, and local organizations from all fifty states signed on the letter, including the AAMC.
