The attached January 3 HHS guidance will be of interest to GRRs located in states considering a “partnership” model for their health exchange (ie, jointly operated by the state and federal governments). The document provides “a framework and basic roadmap” for states, as well as a description of how HHS will assist in running such an exchange.
