Campus roads to be closed for filiming on campus

The Oakland University Police Department is advising that there will be two road closures on campus today in connection with filming of scenes for "Parts Per Billion."

Meadow Brook Road will be closed from the P-41 parking lot south to Pioneer Road from approximately 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., as will Pioneer Road from Meadow Brook Road to the P-26 parking lot.

Later in the afternoon portions of the closure will reopen, although Pioneer Road from Library Drive to the P-26 parking lot will remain closed until roughly 5 p.m.

Filming of the scenes involves a disaster scenario. As such, campus community members and visitors should not be alarmed to see debris and disarray along the closed roadways.
Portions of Meadow Brook Road and Pioneer Drive will be closed throughout the day on Wednesday.
