hospital St. Vincent's in New York. Awardees listed by Medicare
provider number can be found as the
first item under "Downloads" if you go to
http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/AcuteInpatientPPS/dgme.html.
