The Office of Planned Giving will be hosting a Lunch & Learn event for alumni that will focus on estate planning mistakes. The seminar will be held at The Community House in Birmingham, and will address some of the most costly missteps that well-meaning people make when it comes to planning their estate.

The presenter, Christopher Berry, is a partner with Witzke Berry Carter & Wander PLLC and focuses on estate planning and elder law. He will discuss ways to protect your assets, how to prepare for long term care, and the benefits of using a trust in your estate plans.
