Especially this time of year, cinnamon sugar donuts (fresh from the cider mill, naturally) fit me well. Fall is my favorite season!
What is the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?In Shanghai, China we visited a “restaurant” set up on the corner of a busy city street. I ate a delicious meal that included tripe (I’ll let everyone look that up). I’m glad I didn’t know what it was, because it was better than I expected! It’s important to try new things.
What do you keep in the trunk of your car?My yoga mat!
If you could meet anyone in history, who would it be and what would you ask him/her first?I would love to meet Matilda Dodge Wilson and ask her to talk about the future vision she had in donating her estate. I wonder if she knew the vast amount of lives she would touch with that action?
How do you choose where to direct your All-University Fund Drive donation?The scholarships I earned helped ease the costs of college for my family. So it’s important to me to help other students get access to awards.
What do you feel is the best part of the All-University Fund Drive?The AUFD gives the OU community a chance to support an area of the university they’re especially passionate about. That investment shows that this is more than just a place to work; it’s a way to connect with something you believe in.
