Development, Alumni and Community Engagement - AUFD Highlight

2013 All-University Fund Drive (AUFD)

Development, Alumni and Community Engagement

Message from your Team Captain of Development, Alumni and Community Engagement:

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The division of Development, Alumni and Community Engagement has stood as a quiet leader in unifying the employees of Oakland University toward a common, selfless purpose through the annual All-University Fund Drive. Unique in its mission, expansive in its reach, this drive represents new opportunities for the students you meet, the colleague in the office next to yours, and the professor whose research made the world a little healthier, a little safer, or more tolerant.

These selfless acts of generosity during the AUFD reflect a shared passion and true Grizzly spirit for the university we serve. OU represents more than a job for most of us. The institution brings people from every walk of life together to learn, push their limits, and benefit from opportunities they might not otherwise receive. Oakland University represents hope and the chance to pursue a dream. This is a mission worth serving...a mission worth supporting.

During the Oakland University All-University Fund Drive we urge you to participate this year with the knowledge that your gift has the power to change someone's life. Make a difference; whatever the reason, whatever the designation, fund your passion.

Kristy Mitchell
Team Captain
