If you could tell your teenage-self one thing, what would it be?Be patient – things are going to get a lot easier and there is so much in store, better than you can ever imagine. You literally can’t imagine how great your life is going to be. And wear your retainer.
If you could meet anyone in history, who would it be and what would you ask him/her first?I suppose one of the obvious answers would be Jesus Christ. I’d ask him what he thought the meaning of life was. I’d like to pose the same question to Mohammed, the Buddha, and just for fun, Bruce Lee and (because I think she was probably nuts and would have interesting answers) Elizabeth Taylor.
Why do you choose to participate in the All-University Fund Drive?I love my department and I love OU, deeply. I believe in both, what my department does and what OU does for students. It’s a great way to help in an admittedly small way.
