If you could have a super power what would you choose? Why?

I would choose to fly, as I have always admired the freedom and view birds have. Plus, traveling would be much less expensive.

What is your favorite children’s story?

The Velveteen Rabbit

What is the kindest act you’ve ever seen done (by you or someone else)?

Helping someone who just had surgery accomplish daily tasks such as bathing, getting dressed, and eating.

What is your favorite part of your day?

Waking up before my alarm.

What is your philanthropic passion?

Adopting children and pets from abuse and neglect.

What do you feel is the best part of the All-University Fund Drive?

With the creativity and talent of the professors, students and staff at Oakland University, I am amazed by the solutions developed on campus to real-world problems, and the opportunity I have to help further projects meeting our community’s needs in innovative and effective ways.
