The Office of Planned Giving will be hosting a Lunch & Learn event for alumni focusing on estate planning mistakes. The seminar will be held at the Oakland University Anton/Frankel Center in Mount Clemens, and will address some of the most costly missteps that well-meaning people make when it comes to planning their estate.
The presenter, Christopher Berry, is a partner with Witzke Berry Carter & Wander PLLC and focuses on estate planning and elder law. He will discuss ways to protect your assets, how to prepare for long term care, and the benefits of using a trust in your estate plans.
