OUCARES Film Camp Featured on Detroit’s Fox 2

Hollywood actor, director and writer Joey Travolta, visited the studios of Detroit’s Fox 2, Tuesday, August 14, to discuss the OUCARES Film Camp. In the interview with Fox 2’s Jason Carr, Travolta talks about the camp’s special focus for children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.

OUCARES Film Camp is one of only six such camps nationwide. For two weeks each summer, it brings together 50 campers of ages 10-20 – a combination of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their peers – to write, direct, and star in their own film.
