Road and lot closures to take place on south end of campus

The Oakland University Police Department is advising that lot closures and intermittent, day and evening road closures will take place on Pioneer Drive, Meadow Brook Road and Library Drive in conjunction with the production of a feature film being shot in parking lots P37 and P35. Traffic coordination will take place as follows:

Lot Closures

• Lot P37 through Friday, Aug. 24
• Lot P35 through Friday, Aug. 17, or longer
• A portion of the south end of P38 through Friday, Aug. 17, or longer
• A portion of P32 through Friday, Aug. 17, or longer

Intermittent Road Closures (Between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., Aug. 13-17)

• On Meadow Brook Road, south from the entrance to P41 to Pioneer
• On Pioneer east from Meadow Brook Road to near the entrance to P31
• On Library Drive from Pioneer north to the entrance to P32

Police officers will be on site and regulating traffic at times when the intermittent closures are in effect. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and seek alternate routes. Additional information regarding campus traffic management will be communicated as it becomes available.
