Watch OU's 2012 Spring Commencement Ceremonies live
On Saturday, April 28, 2012 Oakland University will honor its April and June graduates during Commencement exercises at the Meadow Brook Music Festival Baldwin Pavilion.
The ceremony is an opportunity for the university to pay special tribute to students for the outstanding efforts they have shown in earning degrees, as well as and an opportunity to share the excitement and importance of academic accomplishments with faculty, fellow graduates, family and friends.
Ceremonies for graduates of the professional schools will be at 9 a.m. and those for the College of Arts and Science and Bachelor's of Integrative Studies will be at 5 p.m. Commencement ceremonies for master's and doctoral level graduates will take place at 1 p.m. Each ceremony will be interpreted in American Sign Language for the hearing impaired.
Family and friends who are unable to attend the commencement will be able to view the spring 2012 ceremonies online as they occur. Videos of the ceremonies will also be available to view from our commencement website after the ceremony.
