Student scholarships available through Pawley Lean Institute

The Oakland University Pawley Lean Institute is currently offering scholarships at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. These scholarships are open to students with knowledge of lean principles and practices.
The Dennis and Carlotta Pawley Endowed Graduate Student Lean Award is designed to encourage the continued study of lean knowledge, research and practices by graduate students. This award is valued at up to $1,000. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required to qualify for this scholarship.
The Dennis and Carlotta Pawley Endowed Undergraduate Student Lean Award honors students who demonstrate a proficiency in the interdisciplinary principles and concepts of lean thinking and leadership through the use of lean skills, which may include work in the classroom, internships and independent study. The scholarship is for $1,000. Students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 may apply for this award.
Students wishing to apply for either of these scholarships must turn in their applications to the Pawley Lean Institute by Friday, June 1. These scholarships are nonrenewable, but students may reapply each year.
