As we enter the last few weeks of regular season play, Oakland University’s men’s and women’s basketball teams are setting their sights on Sioux Falls, South Dakota for the 2012 Summit League Tournament. The winner of the tournament will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship Tournament.
Alumni and friends are invited to join the teams in South Dakota for a long weekend of good times and great basketball March 3-6, 2012. Below is information for the host hotel.

Additionally, OU will be hosting multiple events in Sioux Falls to celebrate the teams’ progression through the tournament. Events will be confirmed once the tournament schedule is solidified.
For those of you who are unable to travel to South Dakota, be on the lookout for more information on local watch parties where alumni and friends can gather together to watch the Summit Semifinal and Championship games on Monday, March 5 and Tuesday, March 6. Games will be televised on Fox College Station (FCS Central) and the men’s games will air on Fox Sports Detroit.
