The School of Business Administration is recognizing nearly 200 undergraduate business students at a special invitation-only dinner in the Oakland Center Banquet Rooms Friday, Dec. 9.
Sponsored by the OU Branch of the MSU Federal Credit Union, this inaugural event honors students who have excelled in academic and leadership activities in 2011. Those being recognized include:
Dean's List honorees -- Those receiving grades of 3.60 or higher in each of the consecutive fall and winter semesters of the previous academic year.
Scholarship recipients -- Those who received scholarships for academic excellence from the SBA or OU.
Applied Technology in Business students -- Those accepted into the SBA's ATiB program

The evening includes a dinner a formal program, where SBA Dean Mohan Tanniru and Karen Markel, faculty director, strategic initiatives and undergraduate business programs, and associate professor, management, will welcome and recognize honored students.
