In addition, David Dulio, professor and chair, Political Science department shared highlights of the recent Republican Primary Presidential Debate held at Oakland. Nearly 30 alumni and friends from classes ’71 to ’08 enjoyed networking and reminiscing before gathering to cheer on their alma mater.
Proudly wearing their OU t-shirts, the group cheered on the women's basketball team who took on the American University Eagles with the Grizzlies coming out on top 68-62.
After the horn sounded and the game was over the women's team entered the stands and thanked the group of OU alumni and friends who helped cheer them to victory. "It felt like a home game tonight with all the alumni and friends who were in attendance," said Coach Beckie Francis after the game. Click here for game highlights.
