Make a Splash…Join us for “Wild Waters”

John and Matilda Dodge chose the Meadow Brook location for its sprawling meadows, stretches of old forests, and access to peaceful waterways. The ability of the Dodges and later the Wilsons to raise, harvest and hunt their own food was an exciting symbol of both their independence and humility. Both families were unlikely players in the wealthy auto baron set, enjoying the pleasures of a simple life on their country estate and working farm.

Meadow Brook celebrates the Dodge-Wilson’s passions for country living with “Wild Waters,” Meadow Brook Hall’s 6th annual Wild Game Dinner, on September 22, 2011.

From “wild” to “mild,” guests will experience a four-course gourmet dinner adventure prepared by Meadow Brook Hall’s renowned Executive Chef Patrick Gazzarato. If you like “wild,” you’ll taste it like never before; and also have the option of milder fare. The evening will include live and silent auctions and a raffle – all to benefit the preservation and operation of The Hall as a museum and cultural center.

Individual tickets are $75 and tables of 10 only $650. Members of the OUAA receive $5 off the cost of individual tickets.

To purchase tickets, please call (248) 364-6263 or visit meadowbrookhall.org to purchase tickets online.
