Register now for the Spring Leadership Conference on April 2

Students can still register for an out of the ballpark experience for this year’s annual Spring Leadership Conference – Spring Training Fever.

Each student will have the chance to follow their own interests as they select four of the 20 featured interactive leadership sessions, set in four hour-long “innings.”

The sessions will range in topic from “Dealing with Difficult People” and “Opportunities In The D,” to “Music Moves You,” “Stress Management,” “Leader Ethics & Morality,” “Network Building,” and more.

The selected presenters represent a combination of faculty, students, and expert speakers with a passion for leadership topics and are eager to share their knowledge and personal insights.

A ballpark inspired lunch will be provided, with hot dogs and cracker jacks, and students will have the chance to win tickets to the Detroit Tigers.

Sponsored by the Center for Student Activities, the event is set for 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2 at 156 North Foundation Hall.

“Spring Training Fever” is free and open to all students. For more information, view the website oakland.edu/springtraining or contact Meaghan Walters at mcwalter@oakland.edu. Click here to register for the event.
