Help Desk News

Do you want a computer or laptop to work on between classes? Maybe you need a camera or FLIPcam to kick your class project up a notch. Curious about the latest educational technology at SEHS? Need help printing your paper or accessing the Internet? Just stop by the Help Desk in the ERL – we’ve got all this and more.

Located in the southeast corner of the ERL, the Help Desk is staffed for 42 hours, Monday through Friday, by Edith Tanniru and Homa Roshanae. They happily provide help to SEHS staff and students with hardware or software questions and also manage the technology resources in the ERL including computers, photo and video equipment, printers, copy machines, scanners and wireless access.

Come in and explore our new SMARTboard and software – we’re here to answer any questions you have. We also recently added 10 new Hewlett-Packard laptops, nine of the latest FLIP video cameras and six new Apple laptops. We’ve even got Skype on many of our laptops. All of our technology resources can be checked out with an OU identification card.
