OUAA Award Recipients Honored

Ten inspiring and dedicated individuals were honored for their success in business, community service and volunteerism within the community at an award banquet on Saturday, November 6th.

Two new awards were presented this year. The Alumni Community Service Award was presented to Tom Schramski (SECS ’78) product development resident engineer with Ford Motor Company, for distinctive service of a humanitarian nature or citizenship through community, public or OU service activities.

The Honorable Bryan Barnett of Rochester Hills (SBA ’98), accepted the Outstanding Young Alumni Award. This award recognizes alumni who have demonstrated the worth of their education through their post-college achievements and generally have graduated within the last ten years.
