Theta Chi Fraternity to host blood drive Tuesday, Sept. 28

Oakland University’s Theta Chi Fraternity are sponsoring a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, in the Oakland Room of the Oakland Center.

The Red Cross will be accepting both whole blood and double red blood cell donations. Donors must be at least 17 years old and weigh 110 lbs. There are different requirements in order to donate double red cells, which can be found on the Red Cross website.

The Red Cross is always looking for people to donate blood. This on campus blood drive provides a convenient opportunity for Oakland’s students, faculty and staff to help those in need.
