VNA of the Treasure Coast welcomes SBA alumnae as new president/CEO

The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is pleased to announce that Joyce E. Baldrica has been selected as the organization’s new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Baldrica, SBA '90, brings to the VNA more than twenty years of executive, financial, and leadership experience in the health care industry. In her new role she will be responsible for all aspects of leading the VNA as it continues on its mission of providing exceptional-quality home health care, hospice care, and wellness programs based on community needs.

“I am very excited about this new opportunity. The VNA has been providing care to those in need for the past 35 years, and as the new leader I look forward to many more years of continuing this worthwhile mission,” she says.

Prior to joining the VNA, Baldrica served as Vice President of St. John Providence Health System’s east region in Detroit, Michigan, where she was responsible for implementing the organization’s strategic agenda, pursuing new business development opportunities, and managing the system’s quality improvement program. In addition to working at St. John Providence Health System, Baldrica’s experience also includes serving as the President of St. John Home Care in Clinton Township, Michigan, where she led and coordinated initiatives to improve overall quality of care and developed new clinical programs to meet the needs of the community.

Baldrica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oakland University, and received her Master’s degree in Management at Walsh College.

“We are extremely excited about the arrival of our new President/CEO,” says Ann Marie McCrystal, Board Chairman of the VNA of the Treasure Coast. “Joyce’s extensive experience in the home care and hospice arena will greatly enhance the ability of the VNA to provide compassionate, innovative, and comprehensive health care to our patients and their family caregivers. Please join with us in welcoming Joyce to our community.”
