New UTS platform offers improved features for OU websites

The University Technology Services website has gotten a facelift. A newer platform with a look mirroring other university sites will include new features and easier-to-find links to services.

The structure of the old website has been maintained, but most of the help documentation has been moved to the UTS Wiki. Meanwhile, visitors can continue to use the same steps to modify their NetID, log into the UTS SAIL Portal, access Internet Native Banner and read about technological news and events.

Those interested in learning about the change are encouraged to visit the UTS Web site at oakland.edu/uts and the UTS Wiki at https://kb.oakland.edu/. Anyone with questions, comments and or concerns about the site upgrade is encouraged to contact the UTS Helpdesk.
