Oakland University’s 2010 Spring Commencement exercises will take place over two days, with separate graduation ceremonies for undergraduate and graduate students to be held at the Baldwin Pavilion, located on the grounds of the Meadow Brook Music Festival.
A ceremony for undergraduates will be held at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday May 1. The schedule is as follows:
9 a.m. - College of Arts and Sciences and Bachelor of Integrative Studies
1 p.m. – School of Education and Human Services, School of Nursing, School of Health Sciences, School of Business Administration and School of Engineering and Computer Science
A ceremony for Masters and Doctoral graduates will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 2.
The pavilion will be open for guests one hour before each ceremony and tickets are not required. Guests may sit in the pavilion or on the lawn as they arrive. All guests must be seated 10 minutes prior to the processional.

Those planning to attend graduation should review the campus map and parking information. Parking is free and open to the public, except where indicated. In case of inclement weather, information will be available by calling (248) 370-2000 or by tuning in to WWJ or WJR radio stations or Fox2, WDIV-TV or WXYZ-TV.
Each ceremony will be interpreted in sign language. Guests with other special needs should call the Office of the Provost at (248) 370-2190.
