CIBRE Education -- Applied Technology in Business restructured
Founded in 1997, the ATiB program became the signature program of the SBA. It has provided students 56 credits hours of tuition stipend while providing them the opportunity to work on projects provided by corporate sponsors who funded the program.
Given the decreasing number of two-year sponsorship commitments the SBA is restructuring the program for Fall 2010 . The new model will retain the valuable experiential learning component, but with one-year sponsors funding 12 credits for the ATiB minor.
A new ATiB director will be hired to administer this new program. More details will be forthcoming.
