Benefit providers offer health plan information session

University employees with questions about the new HMO plans are invited to meet with representatives from Priority Health, HAP and Blue Care Network from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17. The informative event will take place in the Oakland Room of the Oakland Center.

The representatives will be available to answer questions about various aspects of the new health-engagement plans, including:

• The health risk assessment (HRA) questionnaire
• Choosing a PCP
• Required doctor visit and Qualification Form
• Coverage-related questions
