OU Coaches vs. Cancer set for Jan. 13 at BD's Mongolian Barbecue

OU Athletics invites the community to support OU basketball and breast cancer research at the 4th Annual OU Coaches vs. Cancer Event on Wednesday, Jan. 13.

Join Men's Head Coach Greg Kampe, Women's Head Coach Beckie Francis, and members of the OU men's and women's basketball staffs as they serve as guest grillers at BD's Mongolian Barbeque in Auburn Hills.

Fans are encouraged to watch the guest grillers cook up meals on a 2,000-pound, 600-degree grill. All grill tips will be donated to the American Cancer Society in support of cancer research. There will be a 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. seating available. Please call ahead at (248) 370-3161 to make reservations. The Golden Grizzlies will host the first Coaches vs. Cancer game in honor of cancer research at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14, against the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
