Wesley Lee publishes in Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology

For those keeping score, the number of publications bearing the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (OUWBSOM) address is growing rapidly. For example, Dr. Wesley Lee and coauthors published New Fetal Weight Estimation Models Using Fractional Limb Volume in the November 2009 issue of Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology (Volume 34, Pages 556-565). Lee is a Clinical Professor at the OUWBSOM and an attending physician with the Division of Fetal Imaging in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital. He is a leader in ultrasonic imaging, chairing the Clinical Standards Committee of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and serving as Associate Editor for the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine. He recently participated in the OU-Beaumont Biomedical Research Symposium, highlighting a collaborative project with Associate Professor Jia Li of the Department of Electrical and Computer Enginering. Watch for even more research results arising from the partnership between Oakland University and Beaumont Hospital as the OUWBSOM grows in 2010.
