Detroit Shock offer discounted tickets to Sept. 10 game

The Oakland University community is invited to warm up to Grizzly basketball season by cheering on the Detroit Shock at the Palace on Thursday, Sept. 10.

In their seventh consecutive playoff appearance, the Shock are working to defend their 2008 WNBA title against the New York Liberty.

End-zone tickets are available for $5 for Grizz Gang members, who are encouraged to wear their Grizzly apparel. OU faculty may purchase end-zone seats for $10, corner seats for $20 and center court seats for $33.
