Prof Folland serves as panelist in Beijing Conference 2009

Professor Sherman Folland will join Professory Timothy Brown of the Petris Center at UC-Berkeley and Paul Dourgnon, Institut de recherche et documentation en économie de la santé (IRDES), Paris as panelists at the International Health Economics Association meeting schedule for Beijing in July. Prof. Eric Nauenberg from the University of Toronto will chair the session. This panel will discuss and compare their different measures for social capital.   This research will be used to seek funding to study cigarette smoking propensities
