OU honors 30 administrative professionals for exceptional work

Oakland University has recognized the exceptional work of 30 administrative professionals as part of the 2009 AP Awards program.

The awards honor exemplary service and praiseworthy contributions made by university employees who helped reduce costs, improve student experiences, enhance community relationships, embrace diversity on campus, promote environmental health and safety, advance fundraising efforts, boost morale or maximize advantages of using technology.

The honorees were selected from a pool of applicants nominated by supervisors, peers, co-workers or themselves based on work that went above and beyond assigned responsibilities.
