SON welcomes Magic Morning Show to celebrate National Nurses Week

As part of National Nurses Week, Oakland University’s School of Nursing will welcome radio personality Jim Harper and the Magic Morning Show from 6-10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5 in the Oakland Center.

The Morning Show from WMGC Magic 105.1 will present a live broadcast complete with games, prizes, refreshments, coffee and a meet and greet with the anchors.

Nurses’ Week is a celebration of the hardworking men and women in the nursing profession. It is celebrated annually from May 6-12 in honor of the birthday of Florence Nightingale, founder of modern nursing, according to the American Nurses Association Web site at www.nursingworld.org.
