Department of Music, Theatre and Dance announces MaTilDa 2009 honorees
The Oakland University Department of Music, Theatre and Dance each year honors outstanding students from each discipline, supportive community members and distinguished alumni with MaTilDa Awards. The 2009 ceremony will be held Monday, April 20 at the Royal Park Hotel in Downtown Rochester, Michigan.
The name of the award was chosen to honor Oakland
University's founder, Matilda Dodge, with an emphasis on the "M", "T"
and "D" representing the programs within the department. Specific
awards honor both outstanding talent and contributions by students,
alumni and community partners, both on and off campus. MTD faculty
